Your Pull Out Shelf will be need to be a
special custom order if...
If
22” front to back is too
deep or too shallow.
If you need any length, 12" to 24",
place your order normally. You can tell us your special length in
the "Order Notes". There is no additional cost for reduced
lengths, or an increase to 24" long. If you need longer than 24"
then e-mail us with the specific measurement you need front-to-back.
The longest we can manufacture is 30". We will be happy to provide
a quote on your special length.
If you have no permanent shelf on which to install a Sliding Shelf.
Place your order normally,
Simply select the "No existing Shelf" in the Installation Type.
Remember, we need the exact
cabinet opening width for each shelf.
(Do not make allowances… we start with the cabinet opening
width.) We need the width within
1/16” tolerance in this case. We
will provide glides that mount on the side of the front cabinet frame,
and a plastic boot to mount on the back cabinet wall.
The glide will fit into the plastic boot in the back for support.
There is no extra cost for this service.
If you have a half-shelf on which to install a Sliding Shelf.
Place your order normally,
Simply select the "Existing 1/2-shelf" in the Installation Type.
Remember, we need the exact
cabinet opening width for each shelf.
(Do not make allowances… we start with the cabinet opening
width.) We need the width within
1/16” tolerance in this case. We
will provide glides that mount on the side of the front cabinet frame,
and special installation brackets that attach to the existing 1/2-shelf.
There is no extra cost for this service.
You need a
special height shelf
(Neither the
4” tall Pull Out Shelf or the 7-1/4” Super tall Pull Out Shelf is the right
height for your needs.)
Place your order
normally, (Order the Tall Pull OUt Shelf for each shelf you need to be 4”
high or less, and order the Super Tall Pull Out Shelf for each one that needs to
be more than 4” high.) Then give us the specific height requirements for
each shelf in the "Order Notes".
In most cases we will manufacture to your special needs at no extra
cost.
